The Community Housing Land Trust of Santa Cruz County, Inc. is hosting the first annual Santa Cruz Hop N’ Barley Festival at Sky Park, Scotts Valley.

The July 10th event will benefit the Community Housing Land Trust of Santa Cruz County, Inc. Donations will be used to further the organizations mission of providing housing solutions for very low, low and moderate income residence of Santa Cruz County and lower priced commercial space for lesser capitalized entrepreneurs.
Additional donations can be made to the ‘Square Nail Fund’ specifically earmarked for land acquisition.
Here is a brief description the trust’s Mission.
- …dedicated to providing a broad range of housing opportunities, with emphasis on ownership, that will remain affordable in perpetuity to very low, low and moderate-income residents of Santa Cruz County.
